Q:  Do you ship outside the US? 

A:  Yes, our online store currently ships to the most countries, to see the list click here

Q:  Do you have free shipping?  

A:  Yes, in some cases we do offer free shipping, see our shipping rates by destination, click here

 

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Matisse Footwear's Return Policy

 

Q:  Once I ship my return back, how long before I receive a credit? 

A  As soon as we receive the return in our warehouse, we refund your account. Depending on transit time, it would typically take 7-10 business days after you shipped your return back to credit your account.

 

Q:  Do you offer Gift Cards? 

A:  Yes, we do offer e-gift cards.  See gift card Terms and Conditions here.

 

Q:  How can I check my e-gift card balance?

A:  Please email us at giftcards@matissefootwear.com with your gift card number.

  

Q:  Once my order is processed, how soon will my order ship?

A:  We ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped out same day if received before 12:00pm PST. If your order is received after 12:00pm PST, it will ship the next business day.

 

Q:  Do you ship to PO boxes and/or APO addresses? 

A:  Yes
