Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, online purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

All purchases are shipped via the most efficient carrier determined by us. The list of carriers includes the following: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). The estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred method of shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Matisse cannot be held accountable for unanticipated delays.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. The tracking number of your shipment will be sent to you for your usage to check on its status. Please visit the specified carrier website for further tracking information. If you have questions regarding the delivery of your purchase, please contact the customer service representative at orders@matissefootwear.com

Returns Matisse desires customer satisfaction. For Matisse online purchases, shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt.  Shortages and/or errors must be reported to Matisse customer service within 48 hours of receipt.  All returns must be requested by fax, and a response will be given within 2 business days.  Approved returns must have the Return Authorization number clearly marked on all cartons.  RA's are void after 30 days.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customers expense.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email the customer service representative at info@matissefootwear.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email as soon as possible. Every effort to accommodate your request will be made; however, The decision will be made based upon the situation,  and if merchandise is in the process of being made, or already shipped you will not be able to cancel, per our guidelines with our Factory.  For these circumstance, please refer to our return policy and follow its procedures.
