SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping and Delivery All purchases are shipped via the most efficient carrier determined by us. The list of carriers includes the following: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). The estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred method of shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Matisse cannot be held accountable for unanticipated delays. Tracking Returns Matisse desires customer satisfaction. For Matisse online purchases, shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Shortages and/or errors must be reported to Matisse customer service within 48 hours of receipt. All returns must be requested by fax, and a response will be given within 2 business days. Approved returns must have the Return Authorization number clearly marked on all cartons. RA's are void after 30 days. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email the customer service representative at info@matissefootwear.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.
