I purchased the first pair and they were defective, but when I explained to your representative that these were going to be worn to my granddaughters United States Air Force ceremonies on Oct., 4th and 5th they immediately replaced the boots. I was told to keep the other pair or donate them, so I donated them. I will definitely purchase another pair soon.
