We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

I really liked these shoes while they lasted. They could easily be dressed up or down, and I always received compliments when about with them on. They do run small and I sized up half a size, though I'm sure I could've gone a bit bigger. I can only wear sheer or super thin socks with them because of how narrow they run and the leather doesn't stretch too much after months of wear. After having them for about half a year and wearing them mostly to the office and back 3x a week (where mind you I'm sitting for most of the day) the left foot's sole has completely broken in half. The inside lining of the shoe is completely worn out and they are no longer usable. I'm incredibly disappointed that a shoe at this price point didn't even get to last me a year. Absolutely not worth it in my opinion.

I’ve been searching for what feels like ages for a casual shoe that’s walkable but not a sneaker, chic but not a loafer, and cute but not a ballet flat. My friend recommended I purchase these after complimenting hers and WOW it’s everything i hoped for. Unassuming enough to go with everything with just the right amount of chunkiness for my taste. Could not be happier but definitely size up half a size, mine fit perfectly (I’m an 8 usually and got the 8.5 in these)

amazing shoe, but extremely small. I am always a 7.5 with matisse shoes, I ordered an 8 based on recommendations and had to return and get an 8.5. Highly recommend ordering a full size larger.
