We offer free returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise for all continental U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Exchanges may be made for a different size only.
You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center.
You will be able to print a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send your order back within 14 days of when the return authorization was issued. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.Â
 Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

United StatesLOVE the style of these, but I wore them everyday for a few weeks and the "Snake/alligator skin" ,the bottom part of the boot, started chipping and crumbling off; however the other vegan leather parts are durable and have no issues with wear. I love the style and still wear them but it is unfortunate that the entire "snake skin" part of the boot is now just black cloth, left with spec of what used to be "snake skin" only after some wear. I hate this because I want to wear vegan "leather" but it never end sup being durable.
