General Policies

Placing An Order

Please confirm your shipping information is accurate prior to placing an order.  We unfortunately are unable to edit once your order has been submitted.  If a mistake has been made, please contact us immediately.  

Once your order has been submitted, your form of payment will be authorized but not charged.  Once your order has been shipped, your form of payment will be charged.  If you decide to cancel your order, your card's issuing back will automatically remove the authorization within 5-10 business days.  

We unfortunately are unable to cancel orders or make adjustments once an order has been submitted.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments.

Return Policy

Matisse will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise shipped to domestic addresses for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.  Items discounted at 50% are considered final sale.  Please note that items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. To begin your return please click HERE.  Returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.  International customers will be responsible for return shipping + any feels/duties associated with their shipment.
