General Policies

Placing An Order

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are unable to make changes to placed orders and can only cancel orders that have not been processed. If a mistake was made, please call us at (310) 640-1700 immediately after placing your order and a customer service representative will try their best to assist you.

Once your order has been submitted, your form of payment will be authorized but not charged. This authorization ensures the funds for your order are available while it is being prepared to ship. Once your order ships, your form of payment will then be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization on your account will automatically be removed in 5-10 business days. The exact time frame for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.

We unfortunately are unable to cancel orders or make any adjustments once they have shipped.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time store credit for the difference if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of purchase. Credits will be in the form of a one-time use discount code that must be redeemed in full on a future purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise shipped to domestic addresses for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.  Orders placed within the holiday shopping period, November 12th - December 25th, will have an extended 60 day return window.

Item(s) must be returned in new, undamaged condition and sent back in original exterior packaging. Returns sent back in the shoe box alone are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Items discounted at 50% and more, earrings, body jewelry and hair accessories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MARKED AS  FINAL SALE  CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

You will receive an email notification when your return is received in our warehouse. Returns are processed within ten business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase once your return is processed and you will receive another email notification confirming the transaction. The time frame for when your refund will reflect in your account is determined by your card's issuing bank.

Shipping charges incurred on orders by not qualifying for free ground shipping or from purchasing expressing shipping are non-refundable.

Route shipping insurance is non-refundable.

International customers will be responsible for return shipping and fees and duties associated with their shipment.
