Shipping Update

ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS & SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.

Due to COVID-19 and the measures we have put in place for the safety of our team, our hours of operation have been changed and our customer service limited to email to accommodate our office working safely from home.

Please note the below updates and take into account when selecting a shipping option as all shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Order Processing + Fulfillment:

  • All orders (standard ground + express) will have a two-business day processing period before they are shipped.

  • Orders will be fulfilled and shipped Tuesday – Friday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

  • We currently offer free domestic ground shipping for orders totaling $75+ before tax and any discounts applied. Orders below $75 will receive $10 flat rate domestic ground shipping.

  • Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location and to add Route shipping insurance to your order at checkout. By selecting Route shipping insurance, your package will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. Route is unavailable for international shipments.

 

Without the selection of insurance, Matisse is not responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery and is unable to replace or refund for uninsured items.
