Returns:
We offer free returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise for all continental U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Exchanges may be made for a different size only.
You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center.
You will be able to print a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send your order back within 14 days of when the return authorization was issued. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

I have worn Matisse for many years. They make my most beloved boots. These are a great pair. I bought a size up for warm socks. The color is lovely and the fit divine.

I bought this boot in size 6.5 and it fit well - true to size. They are a bit stiff and will need to be worn a couple of times to break them in, but I'm okay with that. The boot has a high shaft, but they don't rub on my ankles. The quality is good. It is a slight nod to a cowboy boot, but not enough that you look too casual or that you have to style it like a cowboy boot. I think it is a good choice for wearing with work pants, jeans or dresses. I wanted a higher shaft because I like the look of it with skinny jeans. I think it is a little bit edgier than the plain black boot with the chunky heel that you always see. I'm happy with this boot and it was worth the price.
