We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

The boot is beautiful, great quality however if you don't have skinny legs this will be too tight around the calf. I can barely zip it.

I repeatly but this boot. It’s really something I wear with EVERYTHING. Every season. Perfect height for me for every day. The only problem and I hate to say it even - the quality is a bit inconsistent.. I’ve bought size 9 and 9.5… the 9.5 have worked but recently I bought a 9.5 that was very wide, and slightly padded ? On the inside. I sold those on Poshmark , and bought a 9 which fit perfectly… so I’m not sure what’s up with this… but , even with that , I will continue to buy them as long as they make them. I consider them the perfect bootie. ❤️

These were a little tight when I first tried them on but they quickly conformed to my foot and are now super comfortable. Perfect low heel hight, really like them, will definitely purchase another pair.
