It's that time of year, where warm weather getaways are on the horizon, and who better to give us outfit inspiration than Southern California style muse Kelsey DiPrima. Kelsey takes us on a tour of her picturesque vacation to Baja Mexico in her favorite pieces from our Spring Collection, and talks all things style, travel and career.

Describe your style in one sentence:
Juxtaposed. A little bit edgy but a little bit girly - I love dressing against the norm.
What style are you most coveting for summer?
Definitely loving all the boho vibes right now. Easy oversized pieces, ruffled dresses, statement belts.
When you're headed on vacation, what are the 5 must-have pieces in your bag
to help make dressing easy?
Distressed jeans are my number 1, always. A versatile jacket, normally denim as well, to throw on with every outfit when it gets chilly. Jumpsuits for when you just don't want to think about putting an outfit together. Same goes for easy dresses. Such versatility with dresses on spring/summer vacations because you can throw them on with flats for the beach or a heel for dinner. Same goes for shoes.
Neutral color palette shoes that can basically go with any outfit.
Heels or flats?
Ah that’s tough, I’m definitely more of a flats girl!
Who do you look to for style inspiration?
Love, love, Danielle Bernstein of WeWoreWhat- as well as Shea Marie, she is the ultimate goals.
Best piece of style advice:
Dress in what makes you feel confident. I feel the most confident when I dress outside the box in something show stopping. You can wear anything if you wear it with confidence.
Favorite part of your Cabo vacation?
AHHH most definitely going out on the boat to the Arch with my girlfriends -
the sun was setting and we just really took in how grateful we were for this life of ours!
What are your top 3 places to visit for mini-getaways?
Santa Barbara is my number 1- it's so dreamy and so close to home! I also love love Palm Springs + Los Olivos. Sunshine and wine make me the most happy!
Do you prefer warm or cold weather destinations?
WARM WARM WARM all day long!
Somewhere you're dying to go?
Greece!! And all over Italy! My grandfather and my boyfriend's grandfather were both born in Palermo, Sicily so it's on our bucket list too- of course!
A destination you would highly recommend?
I used to travel the world as an international flight attendant and I absolutely loved visiting Japan!
What inspired you to start blogging and sharing your life with the world?
I went to FIDM in 2009 when I graduated high school because I always had a love for fashion. I just didn’t know exactly what I wanted to go in the fashion industry.
I majored in Merchandise Product Development where I got to learn a little of the design side along with the business side. After that I just realized a 9-5 office job wasn’t for me and I avoided it at all costs. Blogging came along as a hobby since I loved fashion, while I worked other jobs outside the fashion industry that paid the bills. Long story short, I realized I wanted my hobby to become my full-time job- and it just recently did!
What do you love most about that you do?
The creative freedom day-in and day-out. Pinterest is my best friend and I love waking up every day excited to try something new!
If you didn't work in fashion, what would you do?
I would most likely have a dog rescue - I would have all the dogs if I could!
The biggest piece of career advice you've received or would give?
Just go for it! You don't need to know everything to start your own business, you’ll learn and grow along the way!
