Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday from Los Angeles, CA during our business hours of 8 AM - 4:30 PM PST. All orders, including express shipments, are processed and shipped within three business days of their order date. Orders must be placed by 7 AM PST for same day processing.

We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

I was looking for a slipper similar to the UGG version but without the fluff inside. I hadn't seen any reviews for this slipper but it looked like exactly what I was hoping for. I'm a 9.5 and the sizing says to round up to your nearest whole size. The only reason they are almost perfect is because the 10 feels just a little too big but I know a 9 would be too snug. My plan is to wear thick socks with them to fill up some of the space. I like that I have that option to stay warm or the option to wear them with thin socks just to look cute. Would purchase again, just wish there were 1/2 sizes.

Not much support. Thought that it would be a little more fitting. I don’t think that I could have gone down another size. Will keep but was a little disappointed. I have had many Matisse/Coconut shoes before and have been happy but not so much this time.
