We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

absolutely adore these flats. i got them in the red color and have gotten so many compliments whenever i wear them. the straps fit super well (not too loose, not too tight) and they look very cute with socks. they're also surprisingly really comfortable! i wore them all day at work and was on my feet and walking around a lot and have yet to develop any sore spots or blisters. the cushioning on the insole is amazing. can't recommend these enough!
