Returns:
We offer free returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise for all continental U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Exchanges may be made for a different size only.
You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center.
You will be able to print a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send your order back within 14 days of when the return authorization was issued. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

These are easily the best shoes I own, all around. First, they are very cute, flattering, and go with so many outfits. I bought them a couple years ago and style-wise they have withstood the test of time while other trends come and go. More surprisingly, they are quite literally THE most comfortable shoe I own, out of all my heels, tennis shoes, sandals, etc. I could wear them all day and my feet would be just fine. I bought the ivory snake color - which is really not ivory, beige would be more accurate but the color in the picture is realistic - and now I want them in every single color. The quality is top-notch. Sturdy heel, nice leather, nothing flimsy about them. As others said, this is not a shoe for those with wide feet or calves as the material is quite sturdy. But for those with normal or narrow feet, these will fit wonderfully. I found they are true to size.

So my favorite boots are the caty! The only thing is you have to be careful because the sizes run sometimes a little bit differently and the newer ones seem to run a little bit higher on the ankles or shin. Not sure why they changed that, they cut in more? They do you cut into your shin. So if you have larger ankles, legs, wider feet might not be a good choice. They are true to size, and strength a little. So I’m 61/2-7 got 61/2. Foot measure with red material tape measure 93/4 “length, 3” wide.
