We offer free returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise for all continental U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Exchanges may be made for a different size only.
You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center.
You will be able to print a prepaid FedEx shipping label to send your order back within 14 days of when the return authorization was issued. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.Â
 Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

Honestly, I feel like a boss in these boots! Versatile, very comfortable, true to size and so durable. Love them with skinny jeans and wide leg jeans. Even a sweater dress. And Matisse ships fast!

I’m a single mom on a budget however I’ve had my eye on the Caty boots for months now, so when they went on sale for Cyber Monday- I jumped on it. When I put them on I was instantly so excited because they fit me better than any pair has before. I have narrow feet/ankles and size 10 feet so it’s tricky to find a pair that isn’t too bulky or wide (especially around my ankle). They make my feet look smaller (yay!) and are literally as comfortable as a running shoes - no exaggeration! I can’t wait to be able to treat myself to a second pair. If they’re sitting in your cart (like mine were for a while!) go hit purchase right now. They will be your new favourite too!!

I order Caty boots in size 7, I received them on August 27th and they were to big, but it wasn’t letting me do an exchange. I emailed Customer service and they responded within 24hrs and did the exchange for me. Shipping was fast, I was very pleased. Thank you so much ! FYI size is true size.
