We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

U.S. orders placed between November 12th and December 25th will have an extended 60 day return period beginning the date your order was shipped.

United StatesI love the boots. The box is marked size 9, what I ordered, however the actual boots are a size 9.5. Notified the company and they are telling me they don’t have a size 9, yet they are still showing size 9 available on the website. Truly disappointed in my first purchase from them.

I loved everything about these, except the ankle is so tight I can't walk comfortably. If I could guarantee they would stretch over time, I would keep them, but the price is not worth the risk.

Let me start off by saying the boots are really cute , I took off a few stars because like other reviews have mentioned there needs to be a little more give in the ankle area, I’m hoping it softens/stretches over time . If they could fix that it would be perfect .
