Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday from Los Angeles, CA during our business hours of 8 AM - 4:30 PM PST. All orders, including express shipments, are processed and shipped within three business days of their order date. Orders must be placed by 7 AM PST for same day processing.

We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S. orders within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked final sale and worn or otherwise used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, original shipping costs including the $10 flat rate shipping fee, and Route shipping insurance are not refundable.

Been eyeing the Caty boots for years! Could not resist the bourbon color so got my first pair. Wow! Incredibly comfortable like all of Matisse’s shoes are. In love with the style. Came back for a white pair and have my eye on two more pairs. Only tip - ankles are a little snug at top. Please make them a little wider at top of zipper area. Overall, love these boots and all of Matisse shoes.

I bought these boots in the color Bourbon. LOVE THEM!! They are a dark brown color with a hint of burgundy undertone to them. they are beautiful! I wear a size 7 shoe and they run true to size. The ankles/calf are narrow. But that was not an issue for me. I want to buy the black SMOOTH in the same size but they are out of stock. PLEASE make more!!!!!!
