Los Angeles Onsite Pickup

We're happy to offer onsite pickup to Los Angeles residents! Just select pick up as the delivery method at checkout.

 

What You Need To Know

Same day pick up cannot be guaranteed for orders place after 7:00 AM PST. Orders not processed same day will be available for pick up the following business day.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be sent an email notification detailing pick up instructions. Orders will not be ready prior to this email being sent. Following receipt of your pick up notification email, simply stop by our headquarters during order pick up hours to retrieve your order.

Pickup orders will be held for 7 business days. Any orders that have not been picked-up within the 7 business-day window will automatically be cancelled and the original method of payment will be refunded.

Please have your order confirmation or pick up notification on hand (digital is fine!) for pick up.

 

Returns And Exchanges

Please note that we are unable to accommodate onsite returns or exchanges at this time. If you need to make a return or exchange for a different size, please visit our online return center.
