Return Policy

Matisse will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30  days from the shipping date.  Please note that items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.  Simply attach the prepaid return shipping label with a copy of your packing slip included.  Returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  You will receive a return confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed. 

Please note returns/exchange window will be extended through January for any orders placed from Nov 1st, through Dec 25th.

Exchanges (Continental US)

We are happy to exchange items for “like” styles, i.e. different color or size.  We  unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges for different styles. If you would like an exchange, please note the color and size you would like to exchange for on your packing slip.  Without this information we will not be able to process the exchange. If the item requested is unavailable, the exchange will be processed as a return.

Return shipping charges are at recipient expense; no exchanges will be accepted.
