Domestic Shipping
Orders of $75 or more before shipping and taxes receive complimentary ground shipping within the continental United States. A $10 ground shipping fee applies to orders under $75.
Shipping rates for Hawaii and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout.
International
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination. When these fees can be prepaid, the available shipping method will be labeled “All Import Fees Prepaid,” and applicable import fees will be collected at checkout.
For destinations where import fees cannot be prepaid, the shipping method will be labeled “Import Fees Not Included.” In these cases, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders typically arrive within 7–16 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our Los Angeles, California facility. Our fulfillment hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not offer Saturday shipping or delivery.
Orders placed before 7:00 AM PST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within three business days of the order date. Please allow additional processing time during high-volume sales and promotional periods.
Shipping transit times begin once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our processing time and are not guaranteed. Matisse is not responsible for carrier or customs delays once an order has been shipped, and expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded when an order was fulfilled within our stated processing timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Route Shipping Protection is available at checkout for eligible orders and provides protection against packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Without the purchase of shipping protection, Matisse is unable to replace or refund packages that are confirmed lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible and to insure your order.
If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and experience an issue with your delivery, you can file your claim here.
If shipping protection was not purchased, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or delivery inquiry. They will be best equipped to assist with locating your package and determining the appropriate next steps.
